"A Forest" is a single by the British rock band The Cure, released on March 28, 1980 as the only single from their second album Seventeen Seconds. The lyrics tell a vague story about a man looking for a girl in a forest. He hears her calling for him, and as he chases her, he suddenly stops and realizes that he is lost and that the girl is not there. I believe that this single by The Cure is an inspiration within the production of our film soundtrack because it radiates the dream like aura that we are trying to indulge the audience with. Another reason that the song is such an inspiration because it is similar to the main plot of our film.

My Bloody Valentine's music progressed  use of distortion, pitch bending, and digital reverb resulted in a sound that came to be known as shoegazing. I believe that my bloody valentine's, "wen you sleep" single is an inspiration for the development of our song, because the heavy distortion is rather heavy, deep and even intense. I also rather like the tempo and notes that are used within this single.

Daft Punk is an electronic music duo consisting of French musicians Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo. This single had inspired me because of the use of ambient sounds, which is obviously produced in this song by a talk box. I also liked the use of the lively drums, rough guitar riffs and digital editing such as digital swells.
